Accessed at the same counter as the Clemiversary event missions (from Lou on the 1st floor of the GUARDIANS Colony), you can trade in the Clemiversary Badges received from drops in the three event missions here to obtain any of the voted 1st place winning Ultimate Weapons of your choice! There's also a low chance you will be able to receive a rare variant or "shiny" of some weapons in the exchange!
