Lobbies
- The following lobbies have had Consumable NPC, PP Cube, and Universe cube placements changed:
Photon Arts
- The following weapons now do soft flinch hitflags:
- Shotgun, Laser Cannon, Twin Handguns, Handguns, Crossbow, Cards, and Machineguns.
- Mayalee Shot now does hard flinch at all levels.
- Grav Shot status effect has been changed to Poison.
- Increased bullet velocity for the following weapons:
- Rifle, Longbow, Laser Cannon, Twin Handguns, and Handguns.
- Increased the Att. modifier of Twin Handgun bullets by 20% at all levels.
System
- The level cap has been increased to LV119.
- Additional hitflag properties have been figured out and implemented. Phase has been added as a hitflag to most player-made attacks.
