Not currently available to buy due to an issue that would see players lose all items stored in their Gacha. There is no current ETA on a fix for this.
Players can fill this machine with items and set a price per turn for visitors to pay if they wish to play the machine.
Each item's rate to roll is proportional to the total number of items in the Gacha. If 10 items are in the Gacha, then each item has a 10% chance to be given.
