Photon Fortune
Photon Fortune, also called Holy Light, is an attribute through which randomized events and processes in the game are modified. Every day at 12:00 A.M. (UTC), each of the four races is assigned a value from zero to three (0 to 3), where zero is the most unlucky and three is the luckiest. Photon Fortune appears next to the character name. For missions, Photon Fortune is determined by the party leader's fortune.
It is possible to change your Photon Fortune for a period of time at the Shrine Maiden located in the Shitenkaku lobby on Neudaiz.
Effects of Photon Fortune
With the exception of Photon Fortune level zero (which provides no benefit), each level of Photon Fortune provides different benefits to specific random processes throughout Phantasy Star Universe: Clementine.
Photon Fortune will increase:
- The chance of receiving a rare mission.
- The chance of encountering rare enemies.
- The chance to win at Casino Voloyal's Slot Machines.
- The chance of obtaining an item from the offering box.
Photon Fortune DOES NOT affect anything else other than what is mentioned above.
Photon Fortune visual effect
The Photon Fortune visual effect appears next to your character's name in-game. If they have level 0 Photon Fortune, nothing is displayed; otherwise a short animation will show.
