• Can be obtained by completing S difficulty missions with a clear rank of S.
  • S+ rank missions with a boss will award one additional PA Fragment for an S-rank clear.
• Can be obtained from Rare Missions as well as from multiple Titles.
• Sold at the Resident Security Department on 3F Clyez for 100,000 Meseta.
• Redeem at the following missions:
  • Skill License, in the Moatoob GUARDIANS branch
  • Bullet License, in the Parum GUARDIANS branch
  • TECHNIC License, in the Neudaiz GUARDIANS branch
  • They can also be used as an ingredient in PA boards, which are sold at the Resident Security Department
