Pavilion of Air

The lower level of the Pavilion of Air.

The Pavilion of Air, located in Ohtoku City, is the headquarters of the Communion of Gurhal. The lower facility is located on the ground floor of the building while the upper facility exists at the summit of Mt. Ohtoku, known as Shitenkaku.
