Black Market Dealer
The Black Arms Dealer is a shady merchant found loitering around in Gawik's Pub in Dagora City on Moatoob. Rumors say he will only show himself to fledgling GUARDIANS starting to earn a name for themselves that may be looking for an extra edge in combat... for the right price.
Only showing himself to GUARDIANS at level 90 or higher, the Black Arms Dealer can be found selling a bunch of rare high element weapons to help get players started with the harder difficulties. Aside from just weapons, some of his wares include powerful SUV weapons, Line Shields, and Celestella weapon synthesis boards. All melee weapons come with a preset 45% element, though the element can be changed at any time at any GUARDIANS Upgrade & Repair station for only 100 GC.
A Celestella can be synthesized as a reward for reaching level 200 and claiming the Celestella Token Title Reward from the Visiphone in your room. Only one Celestella weapon is available per account so choose wisely!
