- This weapon is account-bound, so it cannot be dropped, traded or sold on the player market.
- Boosts the power modifier of all photon arts used with this weapon by 20%.
- Normal attacks hit 5 targets and have a 260% power modifier.
- Gives a 200 DFP and 200 MST bonus when equipped as the active weapon.
- Synthesis board available from the Gold W. Badge Exchange.
- Always synthesized at 50% Light element.
- Only one Celestella weapon can be obtained per account, as only one Celestella Token is received as a Title Reward upon reaching Level 200.
