Template that calls both Template:Weapon/Cargo and Template:Weapon/Article. This template will only call Cargo if it's used in no namespace and if storage is not set to 0 (e.g. test server weapons). As a stopgap for global rollout, it can also have the data display transcluded if the generate flag is used.
