Sandbox Mode will allow players to set their character's level, type level, and obtain equipment on-demand. It is not available yet, but you can create your accounts for the mode in advance.
Creating a Sandbox Mode account

Sandbox Mode accounts are separate from regular Clementine accounts - you cannot have Sandbox characters on a regular account and vice versa. To create a Sandbox Mode account, first update the Clementine launcher, which is available here. Extract this into your Clementine folder over the existing online.exe, then open the launcher.
Click the Account button, fill in your details, and choose "Sandbox" from the Account Type dropdown. Fill in the rest of the information, click "Register", and then your account will be created; you can then launch the game and login with the username you chose.
More information will come soon
Please look forward to it.
