Twin handguns said to have appeared from a dimensional rift deep inside a RELICS site. Next to nothing is known about this mysterious weapon.

- Boosts the power modifier of all photon arts used with this weapon by 20%.
- Has a 10% Critical Damage boost.
- This weapon has an ultra rare chance to drop as a "shiny" color variant.
- Guld Milla first appeared in Phantasy Star Online v2 on the Dreamcast where it was initially unobtainable without cheating. The combination to make this weapon would later be made available in the Episode I & II (v3) release of the game on the Gamecube.
