Item details
- Has a 30% power modifier as opposed to the normal 10% modifier inherent in all wands.
- Gives a 300 TP bonus when equipped as the active weapon.
- Gives a 300 EVP bonus when equipped as the active weapon.
- Coast's Diary usually changes drop locations shortly after it is found, good luck!
- Cell color in the drop table will change from Green to Gray when it is no longer dropping from the last known location and changes to another unknown drop source.
