One of the four PSU player-races, Newmans are generally seen as being adept in TECHNICs, as a result of the increased mental abilities of this race due to genetic engineering. However they are the least physically imposing race. Newmans primarily live on Neudaiz, as it is their home planet.

Visuals

Visually, Newmans are very similar to humans. The only notable difference is that Newmans have elongated ears.

Racial Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths

  • They excel in TP. They have an affinity for TECHNICs. They are the most obvious racial choice for Forces.
  • Their Accuracy is good, too, making them decent Rangers.
  • Newmans have a better TECHNIC Defense due to their high MST.
  • They have the highest Evasion.
  • They gain stat bonuses as Force, Fortetecher, Guntecher, Wartecher, and Fighgunner types.
  • Similarly to Humans, Newmans are also able to equip SUV Weapons and call upon them at will, an ability that used to be exclusive to CASTs. However, these SUVs, as the technology is still new, are not able to release their full potential, and are thus typically weaker than when a CAST uses them.
