• Can be obtained by completing S difficulty or higher missions with a clear rank of S.
  • S-rank missions with a boss will award one additional PA Fragment for an S-rank clear.
• Can be obtained from Rare Missions as well as from multiple Titles.
• Sold at the Resident Security Department on 3F Clyez for 100,000 Meseta.
• Redeem at the following missions:
  • Skill License, in the Moatoob GUARDIANS branch
  • Bullet License, in the Parum GUARDIANS branch
  • TECHNIC License, in the Neudaiz GUARDIANS branch
  • They can also be used as an ingredient in PA boards, which are sold at the Resident Security Department, along with the PA Trading Post mission which offers all PAs from the three License missions, as well as PAs exclusive to this exchange.

• Boards to synthesize PA Fragments are sold at the Resident Security Department. There are three boards available - one accepts Zonspheres, the second accepts Rayspheres, and the final one accepts Megispheres at a 1:1 conversion rate.
