Pannon is a small SEED monster, difficult to hit because of its small size, but comparatively weak. Pannons appear in areas infested by Dark SEED, such as the Linear Line and HIVE. Some, more powerful Pannons (those with a TECHNIC boost), are capable of using Barta. At level 50+, Pannons are replaced by the more powerful Bel Pannon.
