- Can be obtained by completing S difficulty or higher missions with a clear rank of S.
- S-rank missions with a boss will award one additional PA Fragment for an S-rank clear.
- Can be obtained from Rare Missions as well as from multiple Titles.
- Sold at the Resident Security Department on 3F Clyez for 100,000 Meseta.
- Redeem at the following missions:
- Skill License, in the Moatoob GUARDIANS branch
- Bullet License, in the Parum GUARDIANS branch
- TECHNIC License, in the Neudaiz GUARDIANS branch
